What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final . We do are absolute best to bring a curated selection of great deals, we get it, and sometimes things happen, if there is a rare circumstance, contact us and we can work something out.

The vendor went out of business PRIOR to the expiration of the deal?

Apologies in advance! This would be a rare circumstance and you can contact us for a refund.

I can't seem to contact the vendor to make an appointment?

While our vendors are under contract, we will work with you to find a solution, if not, we can issue you a refund.

My deal expiration date passed and the vendor will not accept my deal?

We can not issue you a refund once the deal value expiration date expires. However, you should be able to use the amount that you paid for the certificate toward the retail value if you would like.

The service was not as advertised?

If you did not receive the full service that you was described in the deal, please contact us BEFORE the deal value expiration date and we can issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstance.

Do MilpharettaDeals.com expire?

Every deal will have an expiration date and is clearly stated on the deal page. The expiration date is binding, except where prohibited by law.

How will I get my MilpharettaDeals.com deal?

After you have purchased your deal, you will soon receive an e-mail in your inbox containing your deal.

I lost my MilpharettaDeals.com. What do I do?

It happens! Just log into MilpharettaDeals.com, view your purchase history, and reprint your deal.

Do I have to redeem my entire deal in one transaction?

Yes.

If a vendor featured on MilpharettaDeals.com goes out of business after the promotion value expiration date, MilpharettaDeals.com certificates purchased for that vendors products or services will likely have zero unless a court offers a remedy for debtors as part of a bankruptcy proceeding. As noted above, MilpharettaDeals.com does not issue refunds or credits for unused or partially used certificates when a vendor goes out of business after the promotion value expiration date.
